Lots of different learning opportunities.

Bad management, bad work environment and really toxic. Management expects you to stay after your shift daily causing burnout. The work load was too much and doctors would accept emergency
Advice to Management
Take care of your employees and instead of seeing dollar signs. Pay employees more.
